HPSC: Corrigendum regarding Reservation of Posts for HCS (Executive Branch) Examination

Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC) has issued a Corrigendum regarding Reservation of Posts for HCS (Executive Branch) Examination.

The Corrigendum says that:

In compliance with the directions dated 11.03.2013 passed by the Hon’ble Punjab and Haryana High Court in CWP No. 5024 of 2012, the Govt. of Haryana vide its letter No. 66/10/2010-2SIII Dated 15.03.2013 has reserved two posts of HCS (Ex. Br.) for Physically Handicapped of Haryana (one for Orthopedically Handicapped and one for hearing impaired persons) and one post of Assistant Excise & Taxation Officer for Physically Handicapped of Haryana (i.e. for hearing impaired) out of the posts already advertised vide Advt. No. 5 / 2011 published on 28.11.2011 resultantly reducing the number of HCS (Ex. Br.) and Assistant Excise & Taxation Officer posts meant for General category from 19 to 17 and from 2 to 1 respectively.

Accordingly, the revised category wise break-up of posts of HCS (Ex. Br.) and Assistant Excise & Taxation
Officer is as follows:
